stringent screening process and met QBW's requirements regarding technical knowledge,
quality of construction and ethical standards.

Corporation, backed by Liberty Mutual ®, is the nation's premier
10-year new home warranty company. Some highlights of your coverage are:
 1st Year ... The builder
warrants the home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of
non-conformity with QBW's warranty standards. If the builder is unable to meet this
requirement, QBW will.
2nd Year ... Your home is warranted against defects in the
wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home's systems and major
structural defects as defined in the warranty.
3rd Through the 10th Year ... Should a major structural defect
occur during this period, QBW/Liberty Mutual takes over and will either replace, repair or
pay you the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to
restore the structural integrity to your home as defined in the warranty .
In addition to the peace of mind it offers, your Quality Builders Warranty is a resale
tool as well since it is automatically transferred to subsequent buyers. If you sell your
new home during the warranty period, your buyer will also have the same assurance and
